point is even if they disagree, they won't say shyt since they don't want to get on bozo's shyt list. MS has too many gubment contracts and they don't want to even take the chance of him gettin in his feelins and being petty enough to threaten to cancel their contracts.

only major corporation who told him to kiss their ass was Costco and he ain't do nothin
Jay Z nipped it in the bud with the quickness when they tried to use Public Service Announcement for one of their little posts.
Anyway, I was just responding to the premise that MS would be co-signing this foolishness.
Console wars got nothing to do with the lengths that man is willing to go to do whatever he so pleases at any point in time.
I don't think it's the least bit funny.

Agreed.

We're really living on the cusp of Idiocracy. All these Republican politicians sucking off Donald and his legion of buffoons is embarrassing.

There’s nothing that microsoft can “sue” about or send a cease and desist.

It’s just a twitter meme.

They didn’t use any music or media from the game.

they'd have to go after the creator of the meme for copyright infringement (which they can if they wanted to, but for what). Waste of resources and money.

In this case, we know 47 is a petty bytch ass nikka, so just let it pass.

It’s just a screenshot from halo they got off google.

A “creator” probably doesn’t even exist at this point.

What are yall saying? That does not look like a Microsoft advertisement. Somebody that handles a government agency's Twitter account posted that.

My point is that in order to sue, MS would need to go after the creator and prove they were profiting off of their copyrighted material. So yeah, it's useless to sue.

Also, they are well within their right to not want their IP associated with Government Propaganda, but that's a waste of time too. And again it might invite pettiness from Donald who by simply saying he might look to revoke MS government contracts, it could hurt their stock price immediately.

It's a lose-lose, so just let it blow over.

We live with a fascist wannabe administration still operating in a democracy. So far there are still guard rails for their BS.
Supposed to be checks and balances, which are currently being dismantled with the help of the republican party and the Supreme Court.

We're only in year 1 and 48 percent of project 25 has been accomplished.

We're burrowing towards fascism at full speed.

Nintendo only said “we didn’t make this ad”

We know Microsoft didn’t make the ad.

What would them saying “we didn’t make this ad” actually do :usure:

You can’t sue for somebody using a screenshot like that, or else memes wouldn’t exist.

You should be blaming congress instead of corporations, congress has allowed them to weaponize the ftc to the point if they go against Trump or slightly offend him any and all mergers will be blocked. We live in a fascists country
It's worse than that. With Microsoft for example has made some big acquisitions not too long ago, let them give congress the smallest push back and the FTC will demand them to spin off those companies or they'll break them up to pieces for rich people to buy up for cheap.
