Right now Ps now is for old games. eventually ps4 will support it.
Just like how you sold Ryse after convincing yourself it should've been lauded just as much as Uncharted?Xbox one is a great system. Which is why these same dudes one here everyday trying to convince themselves otherwise.
Glad I got one. Otherwise I'd be having to convince myself that driveclub and LBP is what's hot in the streets

by original plan you must mean the drm and anti sharing stuff, which had to be changed or we wouldnt even have this thread lol.
there has been no change to their plan for being the center of your entertainment system and that is clear from using it.
when i said the other 2 didnt plan thats what i meant. maybe they did plan, but when sony caught that wave i think everybody missed the point. it became about 8 gigs of ram and freedom to share and not forcing the camera and not forcing online - all while the fact remains even today - the user experience on the ps4 is lacking on its own, but horribly lacking in comparison to xbone. im sorry to say it because i love sony but its true.
case in point i have the ps4 on HDMI 1 and the xbone on HDMI 2. i had comcast on channel 3. my TV hasnt changed from HDMI 2 since i bought the xbone and we still watch every show we always watched like clockwork. this is what they planned and this is what they did. by comparison it feels like sony had no clue about where to go with their UI and features. they just rushed to retail to prevent a head start
and it will stay for old games....they wont put new games on ps now for at least 8 months to a year after release.....reason being that would be shooting themselves in the foot....they still want people to go out and buy games...if they put new games on ps now the day of release, the majority of people wouldnt buy new games....they'd just rent them....if they still want to buy after that, they'd wait till it went on sale....

All that "I can watch TV and do this at the same time" talking points never mattered to me. I don't even have cable in my room, I couldn't care less about that. To me, all that stuff is pointless. The only time you'll see me on Netflix is if I got a chick at the house and even then I might just fire it up on the PC or Wii U depending on what's already on. The Xbox One's "center of the living room" value is worthless to me as I don't care about that stuff.
no, by original plan i mean being the center of your entertainment system...they still have the same goal, but they've admended how they've gone about it....they were trying to sell all the other shyt the 1 could do while putting video games on the back burner...as they've found out: that shyt didnt work....you cant be the center of people's entertainment system if they dont buy the system.....and people werent buying them cause these are video game systems first and foremost....that's why they've played up more about the video game part...
sony's plan was just to be a part of your entertainment system, not dominate it...their plan is working so far....as for the UI and shyt, they know what they were doing, that shyt just isnt working...they thought people would be cool paying for sony music and other features instead of using the shyt they had on ps3 for free...sony is seeing people arent cool with that, so they making adjustments to that plan....
nin's plan was to compete with ms/sony in the 'hardcore' gaming world with specs, graphics, fps, etc....their plan isnt working, so they've changed it and going back to what makes money: fukk graphics, specs, etc. just go back to making fun games....
...what's funny about this gen so far: ms and sony have switched places compared to the beginning of last gen....when last gen started, ms was all about the games....sony was all about being the center of your entertainment world....

We've been through this before. PSN was trash. Disconnected from that shyt.That's not even half the games I played. Never synced trophies once. Never knew how to do it, don't even know how/why its showing those games.
