The majority of the xbox userbase doesn't give a shyt about japanese games. I bet the majority of the Xbox One userbase is 13-19 year old kids who bought one for Call of Duty. Which is now getting the DLC 1 month after the PS4.

Granted, some of the games that will be announced there won't have an international release, but Sony and Nintendo have the clear advantage because it's their territory. They should try to secure a deal with Japanese developers and/or create something that japanese people would like. There is a reason Xbox sold like shyt in Japan.

I'd say it would be a better strategy to abandon Japan. This isn't the early 2000s consoles sell like shyt there now.
