that's actually not how it works. Microsoft sells the console to the stores at the same price. Then tbe retailers are the ones who do the price cuts. Microsoft making the same amount of money per console regardless

yet the xwon is outselling the pace of the 360 who won the previous generation, making more money per console than sony, and have no shortage of systems. But according to the coli having systems in stock is a bad thing.

I dont think it's that, i think its bad because people are not buying it. the demand is DOA compared to other systems. you know this....

The Xbox1 is outselling the 360 if you compare the sales from launch till April of the next year. But if you compare the sales of the first quarter of the next year, X360 (Jan. 06-Apr. 06) X1 (Jan. 14-Apr. 14), the Xbox 360 outsold the xbox1.

No, having a system in stock isn't a bad thing. When said system isn't selling and the company keeps producing a product that isn't selling, then, yeah, it's bad.
