I think Microsoft new goal is to just provide a console that plays the best verison of muliplats with the scorpio. fukk exclusives and japanese ip's. Only thing to expect is Gears, Halo, and Forza, and maybe another few incentives that will be on PC.

That's true but I dont know if thats the overall goal. I think they really want to make it more useful as a PC with the Windows 10 integration. I browse on it occasionally but most of what i do is on my phone or laptop.
