Whatever happened to Onlive? Didn't they make some crazy claims about delivering lag-free gaming and shyt? I never heard anymore about them.
they're still around, but I think the experience was/is generally crappy, and not "lag-free"
it's a hard sell on the PC, where you can buy many of these games dirt-cheap, and play them locally (and not worry about input-lag). the market they need to go after is those with weak pc's and/or phones/tablets. the whole "lag-free" thing is the hard part. there's been a lot of progress on many platforms though, such as Nvidia Shield, PS4/Vita Remote Play, Steam In-Home Streaming, etc

is the same thing as remote play.And possibly even more bling. It is since its your own games instead of paying again like sony doing
BUT, nothing is set in stone. The main use for it will be for backwards compatibility and 2nd screen streaming
