normal people. microsoft hires the brightest kids, but in order to be ELITE at what you do (code) you had to have spent thousands of hours going at it. other people are spending those hours socializing, talking to girls, etc. basically, you see yourself as an outlier from normal humans (no social life, terrible with girls and not good at socializing - the typical reddit / ***** kid).
