copping the surface pro 4 and I will be fully immersed into the windows 10 ecosystem. Desktop, phone, tablet/laptop check...might have to cop an Xbox one but I'm waiting for the newer version that will play uhd blu rays

The Surface Book will affect Microsoft’s relationship with its hardware partners, sure. It may even push a few of them out of the PC business altogether. But the ones that stay have a new standard to aspire to. If they rise to it, we all win.

Think about this for a moment. Compatibility issues for a windows 10 computer built by windows. there should be ZERO. They should be able to make great use of their OS, memory, speed, etc. Because its more or less the most customized to the specs of the OS of any PC like device. outside of people having gaming rigs built, or audio/video editing rigs/workstations .

jealous man I should be back on win mobile in about a year's time. I cant justify 600 for a phone right now.

All the folks talking about skylake vs broadwell are failing to account for the fact that Apple will likely soon release refreshes based on Skylake with better versions of the chip likely
