We shall see...I'm off the "what if" bandwagon on both consoles...I have to see it in action. Too many people here get caught up in what THEY say this stuff will do but how many times have we been let down on the predictions and promises? I'll wait and enjoy what's hot right now. Virtual reality nor augmented reality has been proven for games yet...both have been around for other things (augmented reality has been in phone apps and even ps4 playroom is augmented reality)...ill wait to see some real games actually using this tech and making a significant difference before spending too much time discussing promises that havnt happened yet.

Yeah they'd do better putting it in an arcade setting where you could have a treadmill and some physical interaction/noises/smells

It would be like the new laser tag. I'd pay to go do that, but I couldn't see myself buying one to use at home.

As for the AR glasses I'd have to see how they enhance gaming. If its just a matter of putting the HUD on the glasses, or some type of 2d/hologram shyt. I'll pass on that too

honestly i dont think it will ever work in OUR lifetime. They tried that VR shyt when we was young remember, but they wanted to charge out the ass to use it for 5 minutes. I remember six flags had a booth but when my mom saw that shyt was $10, that thought got thrown in the bushes.

Point is theyll set up a booth and charge 20 bucks to use it. Aint nobody got time for that, period.

LOL that kinda goes for both. They say 120fps is the sweetspot to eliminate motion sickness. Only one next gen game has done that so far. Trine 2. You gonna buy this thing for trine 2?

I know people who can't play cod because of "motion sickness"...that shyt don't apply to everybody lol.

3d makes me sick after long periods of time tho lol. I can only do current 3d for 1-1/2 at most before I have to shut that shyt off lol.

No 3 hour new game sessions with that shyt..

Still sells like hotcakes. Its safe to say people can play COD. 3d will have to be fixed by the time VR comes out of course.

yeah if they don't show anything at e3 then its a waste of time. Plus they just bought it... ITs not like Microsoft to build something and have you beta testing it without even knowing it.
