I’m 32. Still feel like I’m 25. I hit the gym multiple times a week, clap cheeks, work and do OT, chase my 3 year old around the house and still find time to do my hobbies.
Long as you find time to take care of yourself physically and mentally you’re good. Don’t sit back eating chips and cookies all day. Exercise physically and your mental. I’ll be damned if I’m one of those old dudes walking around with a limp or needing blood pressure medicine or something
