I really don't understand the problem wth MGS5 after the abomination that was part 4.

It's a much superior game in pretty much all aspects, yet it seems like the backlash from loyal fans to the series is bigger for part 5.

1. No Man's Sky (One Man's Lie)-I never got the hype for this shyt.I hated when Sony would waste conference time on it over and over. People seemed in love with the IDEA of NMS than the game itself.
2. The Order: 1886-RAD really dropped the ball on there AAA debut.
3. Destiny-Activision spent more on marketing than the game itself and it showed.
4. Evolve-I'm wary of multiplayer only games with Overwatch being the only exception. DLC/Pre order shenanigans fukked this game from a PR standpoint.
5. Assassin's Creed Unity-A boring mess of a game. Nobody buys AC games for multiplayer. Knock it off Ubi.
6. Mighty No. 9-Kenji is a con-man and a fraud living off past glory. shyt was trash.
7. Street Fighter V-Great fighting game at its core. Just lacked content
8. Ryse: Son of Rome-No comment.
9. Star Wars Battlefront-Don't feel anyway about this one tbh.
10. Call of Duty: Ghosts-Whatever

The setting was known. How did you like Ground Zeroes?

The "gameplay" in MGS4 was dog shyt. Lack of cutscenes is a good thing IMO. I guess it just boils down to what you are after, but after part 4 I really find it hard to take MGS5 criticisms seriously

Breh, Turtle Rock was behind Left 4 Dead...Evolve was almost sure to be crazy.

Titanfall is one of the highest rated games this generation...

Destiny has improved over the generation, but it had very mixed reviews at launch.
