Why the fukk is Destiny, best FPS this gen, on that list?:stopitslime:

Voted SW Battlefront, we should have been blessed with a classic, instead got a soulless cash grab. Paid £10 for my copy and still feel cheated.

edit: I see copious Destiny & MGS V slander in thread, I can't take y'alls opinion seriously no more
Best FPS started with multiple 6/10 across the board? :usure:

And yet the player base is popping heavy despite being over 2 years out, don't act like critic ratings are definitive
I am not saying that they are, but what I am saying is that the game is extremely polarizing. Strong positive and negative feedback all throughout.

It's cool that there is a solid community out there, but to flat out call it the best FPS out there with mostly mixed reviews is a bit strange.

How long have you played destiny for? The game that came out in 2014 is not the same game people are playing now hence why people are dismissing the reviews. The game has improved substantially since. It'd be like saying SFV is garbage a year later after all the launch issues had been rectified long ago.

The base gameplay is the same. And it's just OK. No amount of content will change that.

Plenty of people with dozens of hours into the game, proclaim that they don't fukking like it.

shyts weird as fukk to me. People writing about how they can't stand the game, but can't stop playing it :mindblown:

It doesn't matter if they added hundreds of hours worth of additional content if I don't like to shoot in the game. Destiny's problems go way beyond what they did about the original complaints about the content. The gameplay flat out sucks to me.

Man I'm not the biggest Bungie fan but I find the gameplay in Halo games amazing. Saying the gameplay just sucks is odd. The gameplay is the best thing to me. :manny:

The base gameplay is the same....Amazing.
the content does change that. There's much more shyt to do/see. Do you even have destiny? Lol
Come on now breh. The main complaints WERE content related and now that content is there it's not enough??

They are charging for that extra content as well.

This sounds more like a personal issue of whether or not the content is worth money.

I got Destiny the The Taken King for $18 and that came with the base game, the first two expansion packs as well as The Taken King expansion pack. :yeshrug:

That's fine, but the point still remains.

Destiny was underwhelming as fukk to a whole lot of people when it came out. I actually think it's pretty ridiculous that you guys caping for that game expect people who put down $60 and felt underwhelmed to go back 2+ years later and see the package for what it is today (and drop additional money as well).

It's one of the worst arguments I have ever heard TBH. Games are not static and that's a good thing, but to try to counter an original sentiment many people felt initially with arguments like "they added so much extra content" Yeah? Well then guess what, what is the total cost of Destiny if someone immediately bought every piece of content as released? A $200 game?

If No Man's Sky somehow fixes all it's problems and delivers on what is promised in 2018...should it not be viewed as an underwhelming game because they finally got around to delivering on what they promised? That sounds silly as fukk lol.
