I thought 30 days was up , I kinda miss saying the actual nword. Saying nword just doesnt pack the same punch.
Sayin it actually makes me feel good.... As sick as that is.

IMO you might as well be sayin it doin that "n word" bulshyt. If you call a mfer n word they know dam well the n don't stand for "noble one"

If I stopped sayin THAT my life is going GOOD. That's some high level inner peace/ self respect shyt as far as I'm concerned.

I stop using that word and ima be the kinda nikka mfers wanna be around

Alright breh, my goal will be to go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. If I don't go to the gym, I will have to work out extra at home.

Ok this the goals I wrote on May 18. Yeah I didn't do any of that shyt, I actually bought some fast food etc.

But last week June 2 to 6, I went to the gym 4x and did over 3 miles and did weights
I will post my weekly progress.

Only thing I've stayed throng with is my diet , finances and work outs.

Not giving up though.

I've realized I gotta put the shyt in action. Not talk about it, think about it, plan it ,blah blah blah naw JUST DO IT!!! The past 30 days exercise money and diet are the only things I held strong with while other areas of bad habits and fukkery seemed to increase.

It's funny how shyt works. The stronger you get building your shyt the stronger the world gets trying to tear it down. I run into people I know and hear "dam bruh! You gettin swoll!!" ..my dumb ass goes "you know it nikka!" Then fire up a dam cigarette

It's cool though, motivation comes when I need it , after seeing this thread upped I said fukk it...finally got off my ass and went and wiped the dust off this mfer . hung it back up, time to JUST DO IT come outta retirement and reclaim my belt on these streets

my goal is to either finish writing this movie I started.....finish this tv show I started:why:(only did 3 episodes),or start and finish this movie I have an idea for in my head with a few notes but haven't started yet:lolbron:

I got bullshyt I done wrote that just been sittin in phones,computers for years:snoop:...from shows,ideas,songs,jokes etc, I really don't know why I write cuz I don't have a passion to be a rapper,singer,comedian,song writer,movie writer...its just shyt I do to entertain myself when I was bored....but sumtimes I be like


"Damn this is good breh"

If I write a bunch of episodes aint no way Byron Allen wack azz wont buy my shyt:mjlol:...I will be charging him a fukk nikka fee knowing he will find a way to destroy my vision:why:....But long as the check clear:manny:....Too much playin around though,i respect people who do it for real,ive only been able to do it during times I was FORCED to sit some where and shyt start flowing...but if I can post on the coli and argue wit people I don't have no excuse
