Warner Bros. Games just announced that Wonder Woman has been cancelled, while developer Monolith Productions has been shuttered after 31 years. The studio was renowned for iconic games like Fear, Blood, Condemned, and the Middle-earth duology, even designing the famous Nemesis system (which WB swiftly patented and then did nothing with for a decade).

Wonder Woman was first announced in 2021 during The Game Awards, but details have been scant ever since. With only brief CG teasers, most information was gleaned from leaks and job listings, which led to conflicting reports about the project having live-service elements. Whether it did is only endemic to the game's troubled development.

Been replaying this, taking my time and not progressing the story to see how to farm different types of epic gear. It forces you to be creative in order to really learn the combat system and devise every possible way there might be to kill orc captains. It's far deeper a combat system than it may seem on the surface.

And so you're focused, in the middle of setting up a captain to fulfill a death threat you put out on him...and some orc pops up with his head wrapped in metal yammering about

you remember when you bashed my head in with that graug :ufdup:



whole garrison alerted, endless swarm of orcs so trying to fight it out is silly, whole plan out the window :beli:
and worse, the orc that resurrected is now 20 levels higher and has a curse weapon, and is a marksman with quick shot and sniper traits :beli:





I switched gear and put on that invisibility cloak so fast:mjlol:

They drop levels when you humiliate them instead of kill them...

I had one who came at me level 40 talking that Macho Man Randy Savage ish when he started and ended up level 10 looking like...
