I was in a ward once for two days. shyt was horrible. Luckily I was still young so I was in the "children's" area. Food was horrible and it smelled gross so I left.

Anyway, good luck Hav. Hope they don't keep you in there long and if ur there somewhat voluntarily they won't f*ck with you too much. I was forced to be there so the rules are a little different, hope to God I never gotta go through that again.

I was in psych hospital for 2 and a half years. I been out for almost 6 years now tho and I'm doing good. Haven't had any problems and haven't had to go back so I'm pretty happy at the moment.

Long story short I was diagnosed with a mental illness and deemed a threat to myself and others. I had also committed a crime that got me in that situation to begin with but I don't really wanna go into detail.

It was a long time ago and God willing I will never have to go through that again.
