They wanna put me on FMLA and I was tryna be good, but stayed home again. I think I need a remote job, but I work in pharma manufacturing.

Yea that's true, but I'm hoping I can find something else. My job now is pretty good, but it's corporate and I don't like my new director.

I'm trying to find another gig and it ain't easy. I'm not sure about other sectors, but damn I'm getting rejected and one employer straight ghosted me.

Some of these companies are also promoting within, despite interviewing new candidates.
