Take the FMLA. That's it. Even if your PTO is low or funds aren't great. Once they warn you and basically lead you towards it, they're absolutely saying take it or you're fired. Better to struggle and come back to a job than to struggle and also be unemployed.

I didn’t come to work barely in the 1st quarter of this year cuz

I got fmla(made up some bullshyt)til December 31,2025 now I can miss 7 days a month til New Year’s Eve & get paid

I work 4 days a week now off Wednesday-Friday whenever I want
