thanks for the detailed explanation. I was surprised cause everyone I know who likes NL2 loves YRN as well. I can't even decide which I like more myself. 5 songs in and this new tape already shyts on that doodoo album...there's still hope.

Had YRN playing from Friday up to now and while it definitely has a few notable tracks (Highway 85, One Time) It's no where near as catchy or well produced as NL2 which had a near perfect roster of straight up bangers one after the next. This album is definitely not a 'hit track 1 and leave play' album at all. Going to see how this Mixtape fares to that.

it's decent but not as great as previous stuff.

i do like that they only used one murda beatz on one song, and it's the best damn song on the whole thing.

My bad I meant the new Dro album, not Hellcat:scust:....And true that,Quavo has done his thing over a long period of time and gave them some hits....but did they forget about "Fight Night",did they forget about "Rich Than Famous"? both was big Migos records...I don't know if whoever comes up with the hook performs it,or if they all come up with the hooks and Quavo just does them all....but can anybody deny Takeoff has never done a wack hook in the entire Migos existence?I tried to think hard but I like every hook he's ever done,he shooting 100% from the field, put him in the game coach:banderas:

And yeah Quavo got the most star power and crossover/pop potential,But I always though Takeoff had a better shot at having a good career and also having the respectability with his flow and lyrical ability....but he showing signs of slowing up,hope he get that hunger back:blessed:

Takeoff been spazzing lately bro

Remember the first time I heard 'Emmit Smith' on the radio when I was on Holiday in America:mjlol::trash:
It kept playing on the fukking radio to the point where I actually gave it a listen with lowered expectations.:ehh: Went out and copped No Label 2, turned it on and just went...:whoo:
Add it up.:ooh:
Antidope.:ohlawd:
Hot Boy.:blessed:
Built like me.:gladbron:
Ounces.:damn:

Then that was it. Versace and everything around it sounded like shyt to me and I felt they got better with that album...Migo Lingo was hot garbage and the little I heard off of the Debut :dead::deadmanny::trash::camby:
I honestly hope this mixtape recaptures whatever magic they had on that, because I can't defend liking the Amigos off of one fukkin' mixtape for much longer.:shaq2:
Hey hey hey...Migo Lingo was alright
