Migos are the best spitters from the ATL right now. What set them apart is their rapping ability. Their content aint much to write home about but them dudes got flows n lyrics for days. If they rapped on boom bap/east coast style production, they would get more respect. I wasn't sold on them at first, but they come a long way since Versache. They were running out of steam when Takeoff went away but now he's back....They got the spark they needed.

Have Juicy J and DJ Paul give Migos 15 Soul Sample tracks and it would be Album of the year Contender.

their introspective shyt is HARD though...they got real emotions in there you gotta pay attention to.

And their "relationship" content about being scorned about women might seem amateurish but you know they are talking about real situations.

Nothing but respect for them.

These guys might be some of the best spitters in the south...no bullshyt.

Vindication breh:mjcry:

Migos never go wrong when they focus on the bars,i think that was the only mistake with they album is they dumbed it down admittedly....Despite how slept on they are, bars and being 3 of the most well rounded emcees in the game is what seperates them from the rest of these nikkas:banderas:?Long as they stay focused on that, they can never "get old"....These nikkas to me is what Young Dro was supposed to be:mjcry:

Takeoff the mvp of this tape,I said they needed to get him on some more hooks,i said he needed to get more focused on the bars again and he did it,and put on a flow display...I said in due time he gon pull a Wayne and be the best rapper in the game if he stay focused,he will:wow:

"My nikkas havin a 30 plus a 30 in the vicinity literally.
I would give you names on these Migo clones, but its every rapper in the industry(literally)!
And they wonder why we be pressin these nikkas, they dont let us in they facility.
Cuz if you ask me I feel like I should get a percentage the way they be stealin me(gimme me).
Elmo these nikkas they tickle me(giggly)."

They killed this shyt, crazy how they switch out mvp on these tapes:banderas:...Glad they shouted out Bone Thugs, everybody heard Lord Infamous but I heard early Bone Thugs in they flow too...obviously we know the history between Bone Thugs and 3-6 over flow similiarities, but there were definitely enough differences that allowed me personally to hear Bone more than 3-6...Either way Migos put they own spin on it:blessed:

I`m telling you man, if these boys get some Soulful production its a done deal. Just look how they did this Alchemist track

:mjcry::wow::damn:

Migos got a chance to be the GOAT trio of the 2010s when it comes to the history books.

Little shot in there about nikkas using ghostwriters too:lolbron:,they was one of the few that didn't completely puzzy out when asked about the Drake shyt back when it happened.

305 to My City is supposed to be a Migos song, I`m convinced they were either in the studio helping Drake or actually recorded verses to it.

I cant wait to hear them spit over all types of beats, them expanding they horizons will only take them to bigger heights....You don't get much more soulful than Zaytoven with them keys though:mjcry:...I think they already the goat trio, who else:jbhmm:?You could argue them with goat groups of the 2000's period imo....Not the 80's and 90's though:whoa:

Out of respect you wouldn't mention Migos to anyone in the 90s or 80s but lets be real, their skills are much more advance regarding the flow so to the old heads it wouldn't be fair to them. And yea Zay is cool, but I`m talking about hearing Migos on some Samples and not cookie cutter "trap beats". I think Migos could really flex their muscles getting on more diverse beats. Like Quintana and Dis My Side on Travis Scotts projects are good examples.

You can compare them with some groups from the 80's and 90's,they are already one of my favorite groups ever...Just not those goat groups from the 80's and 90's...I don't discriminate for lack of technical skills or give extra credit for it when talking greatness, its all about classic songs, timelessness and impact with me....I just dont think theyeve reached that level of goat 80's 90's acts musically where they can be in that class....But Migos got a long way and room to grow when you look at they ages:wow:...and unlike most groups they don't seem hell bent on going solo.
