The more times I listen to the tape I would say Offset outshined Quavo on the first half,but Quavo outshined him on the second half of the tape
...Offset uses the flow better to make it sound like he's doing more than Quavo,so he might have him beat on the technical side...But far as wordplay,delivery,entertainment value he's better to me than Offset...Quavo definitely wins on being more unique,i feel like Offset could be replaced with Skippa if they had to at this point,Offset hasn't been in his best form for me lately,but he could always come back
