I used to get them until i started smoking grass


Even now that ive stopped smoking and other times before that i had


They never come back

I get my shyt around the beginning of Fall EVERY SINGLE YEAR. I literally can't do shyt once it starts, the pressure in the back of my neck and behind my eyes is just , them bytches make me want to off myself real talk. I sometimes have 3 per day smh. Warm water helps, but u literally have to keep it running across your eyes for a fukkin hour for it to go away. shyt is the worse, I made a thread on it a few years back.

Man I've heard those cluster headaches are fukked up.

Have you changed your diet recently? Caffiene? B-vitamins? Different lighting conditions at home or work? Any medications you're on? Is your girl or your job stressing you out?

I've been meaning to get a full nutrition panel to make sure all of my vitamins and minerals are in balance. I need to get on that.

I've been dealing with migraines since I was 14. They occur when I engage in high level thinking and sometimes just occur randomly. They vary from annoying to absolutely debilitating to the point where I can't do shyt but lay there and

WTF is causing this? They went away for a couple of months and I felt free but now the migraines are slowly starting to creep back into my life.

Anyone else dealing with this shyt and/or can recommend some remedies?

I use to get them a lot as a side effect of my sinus infection when I was toddler which made me temporarily blind.

Migraines usually make me go to the emergency room because I often think it’s some next sh*t.

If its seasonal, those are Cluster Headaches, not migraines brehs. And they are only on one side of the head each headache (can be either side, but never both at once. Might stop on one side and immediately jump to the other after calming) will make you nauseous and have u throwing up.
