Miguel makes better music than Frank Ocean

Frank Ocean > Miguel.

My argument? Frank has at least 5 great songs: "Strawberry Swing", "We All Try", "Songs for Women", "Swim Good" and "Novacane."

Miguel has two, and from what I've heard, no more than two: "Sure Thing" and "Adorn." (which honestly, both records aren't quite as interesting/pleasing to the ear as the first two Ocean tracks I mentioned)

tho funny enough, they both worked with Happy Perez on their best songs.

Why are people trying to paint Miguel like some run of the mill
R&B artist ?
Dude has a hand in his songs, he isn't just being given records.

I don't think there would be a clear stylistic consistency between his
three albums if dude wasn't an "Artist".
He can be as much of an artist as Frank with ease

While I'm at it Bj the Chicago Kid and Jesse Boykins III are also some
artists to look out for. Really great song writers IMO.

I fukk with all three of them heavily but IMO I think it's a little closer especially with The Weeknd's recent run but I'm gonna see what his and Frank Ocean's new album will be like before I come to any strong conclusions.
