sounds uninspired frankly with a lot of it.

He's fallen a little too formulaic. He's not pushing himself it seems.

There honestly is not a weak track on here. This is the best album I've heard all year, and it's not even close. I know music is largely subjective, but tell me a weak track...?

Cats on this thread said Miguel needs to be less formulaic, LOL. Was that actually said with a straight face?

Right now "city of angels" stays on repeat. LISTEN to the music

I still prefer Wildheart and KD over War & Leisure artistically, but War & Leisure is still great in its own right. I can see it growing on me with repeated listens, and I love how the album is 12 songs too. Not too long, not too short, just the perfect length.

Halfway through I don’t know what to think. It’s not wack but I liked the last album better(so far).

After listening to it repeatedly over the last few days, I must concur with these....I like the album, but it's not blowing me away like Wildheart (which I see is STILL criminally slept on)

Wildheart was ahead of the game when it dropped. People didn’t really get it/appreciate it when it came out, but I see them coming around and appreciating it years from now. It was a great conceptual record from start to finish.
