She seemed really cool about it afterward when the Billboard guy interviewed her with Miguel. All she had was ice for her elbow, and she said nothing else hurt.

So, if anything, Miguel can use that as proof in court, i imagine?

Sounds like her parents/family lawyer forced this, really.

Have you ever been in a car accident? I have. When i got out of the car I didn't feel too much pain, just some light aches around the neck area.

However the next morning I was damn near feeling paralyzed all over. Sometimes the effects of an incident doesn't come into play until well after something happens.

Don't matter. Symptoms aren't always visible right afterwards. That's why for car accidents they still want you to go to the hospital even if the victim feels fine.

Anyone could have saw this coming.

It won't hold any weight to what the medical records may bring to court. "She said she is fine." will not have any influence on the jury when the test results ran by a physician say otherwise.

I had a concussion from a car accident. I had a light headache at the time. I did go to the ER anyway just to be on the safe side. It did not feel I hit my head that hard at all. After that day, I feel like I had a migraine. She should have went to the hospital right afterward, she could of had bleeding in her brain which could have led to brain death. Anytime you get a concussion like that, go to the ER. No matter how "fine" you are, you could be dead within hours. I don't play about that head injury.

Miguel was ORDERED not to attempt a dangerous jump over the crowd during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards because producers believed it was too dangerous ... but the singer ignored them ... sources connected to the production tell TMZ.

We're told ... producers had approached Miguel before the rehearsals and WARNED him not to try the jump during his performance because they felt it was too dangerous ... too risky of a move.

But Miguel blew off the order ... and producers' fears were realized when he botched the jump and leg-dropped a female fan during the live performance ... slamming her head against the stage.

Now, the victim's lawyer says she may have suffered a brain injury as a result ... and a lawsuit could be on the way.

We reached out to Miguel for comment -- but he never called us back.
