You shouldn't destroy your own towns if shyt hits the fan. You'll only be hurting your community while doing this. Why don't people go after the establishments outside of Ferguson? I think its better than harming your own people in your area.

One thing i never understood is why black people don't have massive Anti-War protest.

Like the Hipster Cacs always protest the military and war but why not black people?

Maybe Mike Brown will become a Martyr for black people to become extremely Anti-Military.

The entire Military budget should be used to fight poverty and rebuild the ghetto.

You are very naive if you believe that black people's issues centers around poverty. Our issues are a cultural one. You can dump billions of dollars into the hood to fight but it wont stop the poverty mindset. It's really quite simple blacks dont support each other nor invest in their own communities. This is where our frustration really stems from and when incidents like these occur it gives us a reason to redirect our focus.
R.I.P to Mike Brown and condolences to his grieving parents but since his death there have been countless young black youths who've been murdered by other blacks. So when I look at the outrage regarding this young man's untimely death, I can't help but see it as disingenuous. Black people don't really care about the lives of their children. It only matters to us when that child's life is taken by someone white. This is the only time our lives have value.

yea i wasn't going to make another thread but when this dude doesn't get indited like most of us imagine, this will be the biggest story out for a few days and instead of having to dig through the other huge thread i want to have one central one where things are organized like i have them in my OP so people can share the information as quickly as possible

The damage that could be done in Ferguson PALES in comparison to the economic damage we can cause if stand together and boycott/disrupt the Christmas shopping season. So Black culture isn't tied to forced poverty in a society that rewards whites and penalizes Blacks from birth? Where Black chdren aren't taught their actual history, outside of a brief reference to MLK and his "dream"? Where Black college graduates oftentimes find themsves unemployed because of rampant discrimination in the workforce? Where the media promotes white beauty as the standard and denigrates Black women, treating them like whores? Where that same media always pushes a buffoonish image of Black men? You might as well say Michael Brown deserved to get killed.
