They look mentally decimated. Something's going on in their locker room.
The only important piece they're missing is Matthews, I wouldn't categorize their team as being "decimated". They'll take Game 4, even though their perimeter defense ain't shyt at the moment, there isn't a guard on that Memphis roster that'll be able to penetrate the defense on the regular like Conley can.
This series will now go at least five games.

They've never been the most mentally strong team, so it's no surprise a defensive-minded squad with the best frontcourt in the league is stifling them. And not to beat a dead horse, but Lillard isn't as good as advertised. Matthews definitely would've helped on the defensive end, but a jump shooting team that isn't great at hitting jump shots, with no defense to level out bad shooting nights won't get too far.

I think they know Aldridge is leaving and checked out. Game 5 is gonna be interesting. If Portland win, they could genuinely tie it up when they go back home.Looks like Portland will take Game 4. I don't think that the T'Blazers end up coming back, but this just means more rest for the Warriors.

Lillard goes off when there's no Conley
As with most parts of his game, Conley's ability to play pick and roll defense is way underrated. When Calathes or Udrih is in the game it puts a lot of responsibilty on the bigs to step out further to stop CJ or Lillard from crashing to the paint. Tony Allen is a great passing lane and 1 on 1 defender but he isn't the quickest guy to fight through screens, always falling and losing balance.
Blazers only have 2 plays... Give it to a wing player to create something off a dribble, or dump it to LA and clear out.
Unless the Spurs are in town its hard for road teams to win in the Grindhouse. Grizz gotta close out the series and not just look ahead to the Warriors. If they attack the paint like they did in Game 3 it won't be close. If they jack up 18 ft jumpers its gonna be a long night.
