You say Dwight is the future of your franchise but you bring in D'antoni??? The man is anti big man to the tenth degree. Bad hire:what:

D'antonis offense is built around the pick n roll. Dwight was the best pick n roll big in the game in Orlando. The pairing would have been fine if Dwight did what he's actually good at.

dwight was 44% on post-ups and 68% on pnr. yet he wanted less pnr and more post-ups. i dont think he will ever become a post threat. there is great pnr potential with harden, he should use it. but i know he wont.

this

It's always weird to hear people say D'Antoni can't coach bigs, Stat had his best seasons under him and like Dwight he has pretty much zero low post game outside of his athleticism.

Stat was 10x more mobile that Dwight ever was. D'antoni had a young and prime Stat, Nash, Marion and Joe Johnson on that squad. The Orlando pick and roll wasn't the same as D'antoni's pick and roll

Dwight is Tyson Chandler with 15 more touches per game. the sooner he realizes that, the better he would have been. :manny: Is this nikka even better than Bogut? :heh:

it's not just his footwork/moves either. d12's problems start before that...

i've been saying this for years - dwight needs to work on his base. sure, he's got those monster shoulders but he has issues just getting into good post position and holding his spot.

Not a good look for Dwight when Mike D'Antoni who has a tough time relating to the media and his releases sounds like he might have 2-3 points that you can't counter with.

He's right and as far as people saying he can't work with big men...I think Amar'e did fairly well with him on the Suns.

Stat put up similar numbers w/Ray Felton, Wilson Chandler and Landry Fields.
