Keep yourself laced, and get your ones
Get your Dunns out the slums

Get your bucks, and get big
Stash your first millions and live off the interest

They were in the video too FYI

Diamond

Yeah, what more do y'all want from us?
We spill our hearts out and it still ain't enough
Years we got crumbs, doin the supplyin
We independent now - we.. goin.. diamond!
Yeah, what more could you ask for?
We the team, we deserve everything and more
All the blood and sweat for our dead we stopped cryin
Swallowed it, survived it - we.. goin.. diamond!

What have the artists said about the song?
Just Blaze told Complex:

We had done a bunch of records already. That was just one of many he wanted to use for the album. We did about five records with Bars & Hooks and when we did that one, he was like, ‘I want to use this one for my album. The rest of them will be for Bars & Hooks’ album.’ We mixed it on a Neve console and I hate Neves. I like the way they sound, I’m just not comfortable.

:hhh:
:ehh:I remember Deloreans little brother Biz telling me this when we were younger but I thought he was billshyting tho

man people hate hearing their favorite artist not doing something they love.

That's just the business guys

My cousin who lives in QB was there during them sessions too.

The hood knew they were helping Prodigy

If your saying they helped with the choruses that's fine, im not gonna argue with that. I thought you was saying they was writing whole joints for him, which is entirely different.

That's what he was implying if it was left alone. Doing a hook isn't "writing or someone" and never has been... it's a HOOK. You're on a major label bruh this ain't independent life... you need hooks to get your album released lol. Ain't none of us in here sayin that Prodigy has the best hooks in the game, we say Prodigy is a top tier all-time emcee - let a man come in here talkin about "writing" for someone during HNIC like they wrote Genesis smh.

"I might add Bars and Hooks wrote (which is actually, did a hook(s)) for Prodigy during HNIC" :camby:

What’s he working on ? Writing his bars?

Lol these guys are not going to work together.
They might, nikkas who hold weight in the streets who rap always get decent features on their tapes. He'll probably never be on a Tekashi record but Tekashi being on his record is likely
