  • Mike Evans has shot at making history
  • By Pat Yasinskas | November 13, 2014 12:33:01 PM PST
TAMPA, Fla. -- Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans already has joined some elite company.

Evans has 100 receiving yards and at least one touchdown in his last two games. That makes him one of only five rookie receivers to have back-to-back 100-yard games with at least one touchdown in the last decade. Marques Colston, Reggie Bush, Keenan Allen and Sammy Watkins are the others.

If Evans can put up those kinds of numbers again Sunday at Washington, he’ll join an even more exclusive club. According to ESPN Stats & Information, Randy Moss was the last rookie receiver with three straight 100-yard games with at least one touchdown. That happened in 1998.
