Who would've thought that "Still Tippin" would snowball into Houston getting all that shine from '05-mid/late '06? I think that song was old by the time that it caught on nationwide, but it still felt fresh. Not only did it give Mike Jones the run that he had, but it also added to Slim Thug's buzz who was already buzzing from his deal with The Neptunes, and Paul Wall had a nice run as a solo artist. Then attention was brought to an already buzzing Chamillionaire. Bun B dropped his solo album. I think MTV did their first episode of that My Block series on Houston. The Source did a cover dedicated to it.
