Last time I checked, Andrew Luck was one of the worst rated QB's in the league and is a pick machine.

Like any team in the NFL with a QB need wouldn't take Andrew Luck again in an instant.

Not really, Andrew luck seems to be a duplicate of Tony Romo. High numbers, high turnovers. The same way Dallas can't win with Romo, the same way the colts won't win with Luck.
