You have to punish these plays at the highest level so that it becomes unacceptable in the sport so it can have longevity.

The NFL is concerned about the upcoming CTE cases from retired players and the keeping kids in the game.

in boxing/mma you can be competent as a motherfukker and take damage...you dont play boxing or MMA...the fights, the sparring, the training...adds up..whether your defensive fighter or say fukk defense or in between...it doesnt have to be taking shots to the head...anywhere on the body...its all blunt force trauma..there is no difference in that aspect between these sports..add to the fact boxers or mma cats do not get paid more than football players..there's just as much risk if not more for being a fighter than a football player...its all dangerous but they know what they signed up for
