I never understood this thread, how can a man with no loosing season, and an organization that is known for continuity with coaches be on thin ice? Talk about talking out the side of your neck or is this thread made by dumb ass Stephen A. Smith? We're the steelers, and we were built on the back of historically black colleges, and this organization is the Rooney rule organization and put their money where their mouth was by, bypassing on Ken Whisinhunt and Hired this young black Tony Dungy(Steelers connect) disciple.
