I watched the whole episode with Akon, and they were discussing Africa well before that clip. I don't think Mike was disappointed, just saying it like "ain't that a trip".

every Liberian refer to them as Mandingo. that's how I grew up referring to them. even some Guineans say it. we DONT' say it how cac say it go though. the D is kind of silent and it's said super fast.
