Has anyone looked at the crime rates for NYC and Baton Rouge in the respective active times for both Mike and Boosie? In mikes formative years the 70's to the 80's violent crime was higher in NY than it was in LA during what would have been Boosies formative years. Lower murder rates too it seems. But BR had a big serial killer problem.
