Mario 2 gotta be one of the worst games in NES history. like them dude tried to see if they could make a cohesive game while on LSD or something.

i wouldn't say the worst, Japan felt the true Super Mario 2 would be tough for American audiences as the difficulty goes from 0-100 real quick.

My best friend, brother, I spent an entire weekend playing Zelda II Adventure of Link, non-stop, as teenagers and still couldn't beat it. Always died at the second to last castle. Now, that game was impossible.

Lol yeah I got that when it came out...I think it was my second game.

The difference is all the hand holding. You didn't have "tutorials" and all this p*ssy footing around before starting the fukking game.

You get in there...you suffer the consequences and then you learn.
