Are there really that many Black people that think White people have everything handed to them? There are more of them with hookups and nepotism, and they can make it easier than everyone else, but a lot of them still have to put the work in, especially if they were born poor.

They just don’t have the extra stress we have while in the process because they are always given the benefit of the doubt.

Eminem can rap, he has respect from a lot of emcees and he did his work in battle rap too.

At the end of the day he is still white. The industry needed a white guy that can rap and be marketable. And he was the one. When dude gets to work on tupac material when he never really knew him...that's white privilege.

Eminem had to work his ass off to get to the point where he was offered the opportunity, and he used it perfectly and made a hella career. Can't knock his hustle. But if a black man with equal skills and same gimmick was there instead of eminem, he wouldn't be a multi platinum artist with cacs worshipping him. Eminem skin color got him a bigger prize.
This is probably why he felt like he couldn't cosign that statement cause em himself thinks that he wouldn't be nearly as successful if he wasn't white.

"Let's do the math, if I was black I would've sold half. I ain't have to graduate from high school to know that"

I respect his craft and the fact that he tries to put black artist on even though I think his music is trash now.

Props for not cosigning that statement.
