athletes get hated all the time for no reason other than wearing the wrong colors.

i thought black people were familiar with that concept

it's not limited to athletes though. students and fans get flack for representing too.


keeping it vick related...if you wear a philly or atl vick jersey you'll get more polarizing feedback than any other athletes jersey. even here in atl, wearing a vick jersey on the east side or south atl (the predominantly black part of the city) you'll get daps. wearing it north of atl you'll get some eye daggers from people with hunting rifles mounted in the back of their pickup trucks. hypocritical azzhole sh1t imo.

my post was a poorly worded response to @Born2BKing comment.

i'm saying the reason that white guy was hating on vick (even when vick was playing for vt) was because vick was better at something (football) than the white guy would ever be and probably because he's a black man. imo that would be the only reason you could hate on someone you don't know anything about if school affiliation doesn't matter. definitely cism.
