It's more then likely a Production or Imprint deal because Universal gives out the Publishing Deals not usually if ever Interscope. He's probably being givin' the Pharrell treatment which allows him to produce, be his own artists & develop his own acts...

Yea its a imprint deal for his "Ear-Drummas" camp , Mike also be putting out mixtapes. And has a album on the way I think. I think he trying to Dr.Dre it. Especially with the alliance he is making with Jimmy Iovine.

i fukk with mike will tho and im from atlanta so im happy to see him make it. Hit boy is on another level as a talent tho, hes one of the more versatile producers ive heard
It's not just his contract. Personally, I would never sign anything with Flocka's mom.
Mike Will was smart because he never signed any deals early on. He was self published for awhile and built up his name. He kept getting hit after hit. The music game is all about leverage and being able to negotiate. Holding out so long helped him be able to control his own destiny (although this doesn't always work out, he was very smart about it).
