I love the food in the chi. So much variety. Is Leon's still popping? Back in the 80's and early 90's whenever we went to see or family in Chicago we had to hit up Leon's for rib tips and wings. shyt was a requirement before we headed on the road back to Detroit.

I wanna say the good leon's on 83 died.
The horrible one on the nine is still around I believe.
Leon's on the nine was probably the most dangerous and horrible food experience you could have once upon a time.

Imo, avoid the one of the nine.
