You can’t write someone up on that. Thats not how the military works

She can’t. Thats why I told her if it’s such a big deal lets go and talk to the Captain. She was being petty and in her feelings. She apologized and sucked up to me for a long time. For what it’s worth she had a huge crush on me (she flirted with me heavy at work & I curved her all the time). She was a cute blonde chick. I ended up smashing her after she left my shop (I got put in BN on my way out the Army). It was a culture shock never dealing with female soldiers like that from infantry. There just as raunchy as us.
Part of the reason I have a hard time dealing with female supervisors. Too petty and emotional decision making. Plus I can get over on them easily. I gaslighted the shyt out that woman and made her feel bad to the point I was getting passes to not show up to PT 4 times a week:DenzelisDone:
but i'm starting to hate these females marines. They get away from so much shyt and rank up so quick. Some of them get knotted up twice within 1 year... just to skate out their contract.
