. I've worked jointly with Army, been TDY on a few Army bases and had classes with Army. They stay saying we soft and then be like y'all get treated better than us. Then turn around and get mad we get treated better than them

fam. Right seat/left seat training shouldn't be that difficult if your section is tight. My one deployment was 6 on,1 off. I had the job as the XO since we loss ours early so pretty much I worked all 7 days. Didn't get a day off until r&r in August so I was going hard for 6-7 months. Can't even begin to describe the level of exhaustion. They called the EMTs when we landed in the A cause they had been trying to wake me up for 45 min and thought I died
