seen too much death as a "Doc" shyt started to take a toll on me. still kinda does. but i'm good now. just happy to have my daughter and my limbs. been out since March 2012. I miss it and seeing this thread makes me want to cry but I think it was for the best.
i still have my Day Pack. CIF didn't want it back.
81... qualified for nearly every rate in the Navy except anything Nuke influenced.

Something interesting? Last night I almost beat the living fukk out of the Afghani shopkeeper. I sold one if the interpreters my iPad mini $500 US, they'll bust a nut over ANYTHING Apple related over here and he needed me to show him how to connect to iTunes and activate it. He was using the shopkeepers computer and was using a needle to open the Sim card slot. This fat muthafukka thought it would be humorous to poke me with the needle he was using in my arm. Keep in mind this is fukking AFGHANISTAN here, these nasty muthafukkas hardly bathe and who KNOWS where the fukk that needle has been, I told him firmly don't do that again. He did it AGAIN laughing and this time he poked me hard enough to draw a little blood. I immediately stopped what I was doing, got in his face and told him that I'd kill him with my bare fukking hands. I was yelling so loud at him that my partner tried to pull me away, I pushed him off me and was about two seconds off choking the life out of that b*stard before my partner grabbed me full bodied like "you gotta calm down bruh, you know if you fukk him up they'll be hell to pay"
I haven't been so violently upset since I was in high school, I LITERALLY thought about killing this dude all night last night. Couldn't even sleep. Who the fukk thinks its a fun idea to poke a niggw you DONT KNOW well with a foreign needle? This shyt over here is real, we have to use bottled water because the local water isn't suitable for soldiers to drink. We have to post signs telling these muthafukkas NOT to wipe. their asses with their hands...and this fool POKED ME WITH A NEEDLE!!??!!!
Seriously even typing this shyt right now is fukking infuriating me. I want to put hands on that muthafukka so goddamn bad....

Been in 5 years...I'm separating this fall and taking my talents back to Atlanta.
Other than being stationed here my whole career, I've had it pretty good. Deployed twice to cake locations (to Kunsan and the Deid), been on a gang of TDYs (Luke AZ, Miramar San Diego, Nellis a few times, Hill, Barksdale, etc).
Right now I'm a supply guy for one of the F-15 units here. And I can't even do shyt nor order parts anymore because of these budget cuts/sequestration
... gonna be boring as hell for the foreseeable future.

damn that sucks. i didnt know it could be like that in the AF.. in the army if youre in a conus location, you move in 2 years unless you try to extend for a year or reup for 2 more.. (oconus is 3 years)
