How can you claim to have clean insides when you're drinking cows milk? Do the knowledge.

almost all i drink is water at this point.

haven't had a soda in long time and even then it was like a few times a year.

outside of that, i'll drink cranberry juice, lemonade and apple juice sometimes. maybe a lil orange juice sometimes too.

I think Milk gives SOME people pimples/acne as well,

I'll have to try the almond milk sometime. I'm either eating cereal or drinking a glass of milk with my breakfast. So I drink milk alot.
