Millennials were raised by the latch-key kid generation.
All that talk about not wanting families, man hating and hoe-hopping was built in to them almost from the top.
So yeah, of course they are horrible parents.

nope

millennials were raised by boomers (in most cases, very late millennials are probably gen x kids)

you are describing gen x and gen z

tbh gen z starting to have kids now, especially youngest ones, probably what OP is describing as bad parents.

Gen Z probably has to text from another room to scold their kids.

They used to arm us with a belt to scare off kids back when I worked at Best Buy. We just slapped the ground and started yelling when they were off guard, but the shyt worked. What changed?

Back in the day I worked at toys r us it was the exact same thing. Kids would be destroying the store and the parents did absolutely nothing and I am a millinenial. This isn’t a generational issue it is just parents being checked out and just being happy there kids are tearing up stuff in a place they won’t be responsible for afterwards.

Which one is it? My parents are Gen X, my cousin's parents are Gen X.
Most parents of my friends from school growing up were Gen X.
Wasn't too many boomers around us, chief.

So hot to be right you skippin' over that whole teenage pregnancy era from the 80s into the 90s. You do the math.
