Nah, he was her only boyfriend, that means no spousal support after they break up. And since she was the one taking care of the kid, he doesn't get any child support either.

Sure they would. The amount of money you have/make doesn't stop you from being able to file child support. It still can be argued that regardless of how much the mother makes a man is still responsible for his child. He's not working so she won't get shyt anway. He'll just end up getting locked up or have his license suspended.
