Can you imagine if the Black's in the NFL and NBA were lawyers and doctors? How drastic would things change in our communities? Sure playing sports gave them a chance, but don't get it twisted its not just about the money.

That's a good way to get your money confiscated as "proceeds of crime" by the cops. Then they keep your money while you have to hire a lawyer to sue them for it back (even then you might lose). Cops nowadays just have to say it was from criminal activity & the onus is on you to prove otherwise. Just keep it in a bank or invest it FFS.

That's true. They can seize it in the name of the state. There's countless stories of people getting huge sums of money and jewelry confiscated from them during police stops. You have to sue on behalf of your property to get it back too; crazy names like 10,000 USD and a Gold Chain vs The US Superior Court

Not to be nerdy, but there are 1,155 black players in the NFL. Which accounts for 68 percent of all players.

In the NBA there are 303 players in the NBA who are black. Or 65.4 percent of the NBA.

I was partially kidding, I'm focusing on having a solid career by 24, and am on the fast track there. I certainly am going to work as hard as I can to change and empower the people of my community.
The repeated systemic failures inherent in the US Legal System are something that need to be changed.
At the same time though, productivity doesn't get attractive women with big butts, and I'm 19.

Jones Day (my goal) has lockstep pay that goes 160k, 170k, 185k, 210k, 230k.
Unless I can get an AnnBryce scholarhship from NYU or a Rubenstein from UChicago, I'll be stuck paying off massive loans for a few years too

I still think Vault 100 still has them at number 1 for compensation. So I'm pretty sure they hit the 200k mark off the bat. You would almost have to go to NYU Law for Watson and Katz. No offense University of Chicago isnt cutting it. It's NYU, Duke or Ivy League and that's it.
