Good find. You can say M without your lips touching, though. Move the top lip upwards and freeze it, then move the bottom.

The most useful mind blowing trick was if you put your pointer finger over your thumb (on the same hand. Lay the pointer over the space under your nail but above the knuckle), it stops the gag reflex which makes brushing the back of your tongue easier.
