Hey guys, wanted to start a thread about something that’s been bugging me. For people that are trying to have a goal to achieve that goal not limited to things like “weight loss, financial goals, education goals, eating healthy goals, work out routine schedule etc What are some techniques that you used to not fall off the wagon?
A lot of people don’t have any issue starting the process but many people have a hard time finishing what they sought out to do. Then you also have other people that finish what they start every single time and have no distractions in achieving the goals like listed above.
This thread is for those people, this will help other people that don’t have much will power to complete what they finish can learn a thing or two from the people that do.
What techniques do you use to complete your goals? More importantly what do you do in order to make sure sure that you’re not distracted/give up from completing them?
