There isn't a police system. There isn't a world map. At 4:20 into that video the guy goes on a murder spree on the highway and the citizens just stop and sit in their cars as he kills people in front of them. No cops come to break it up. Nobody gets out of their cars and runs. Can't steal their cars either.

Maybe they add stuff like that later?

Disappointing about the performance, but unfortunately, this game won't be unique in that regard. The reality is, the majority of you want remakes and sequels, though you find ways to complain about that, too.
